Q. How can I get in touch with you?

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order # that will identify your purchase. You will be emailed the SS order # via email or text if you signed up for SMS.

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?

At the moment, all orders should be placed on our website, however if you are having trouble ordering on our site please send us an email which can be found in our contact us link. 

Q. How can I track my package? 

Click the track my order link or visit the carrier direct website and enter the tracking # we provided. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation. 

Q. My package shows delivered, but I have yet to receive it. What should I do? 

Please feel free to contact your carrier to get this issue resolved. You may possibly have to submit a claim to resolve your dispute. Shoe Suite will not be held responsible for orders marked delivered.
